Data Collection

Garmin connects personal data that is processed when you create a Garmin account, sync your Garmin device, communicate with Garmin such as through customer service, purchase a product, service or subscription, purchase a product in the Garmin store, use live or location-based services, use your Garmin auto navigation device or app, and for the company to address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

This data is shared with third party cloud services, SMS services, payment processors, a provider to ship products to customers, and a provider to better help the company understand the usage and performance of its products.

Your data may also be processed and disclosed to others if you give your valid consent, for the company to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to investigate potential fraud, and as necessary to pursue legal remedies or defend legal claims.

Privacy Rights

You can access or update your information, delete your data, delete your “Key Health Data” from the Glow servers but keep it on your personal device, opt-out of marketing communications, opt-out of personalized ads, ask not to track, revoke third party platform access, and decline to provide information.
